This why I am debating whether to get Prototype 2 when it comes out for PC. I enjoyed 1 but not sure I will enjoy 2 because of it.

Ahh I see why
prototype 2.38(not even including PC) but prototype 2 only 0.9 so far. I wonder why it didn't do so well considering it had favorable review.

Combined Infamous 1 & 2 sold about 3.41 million. Prototype 1 & 2 combined sold about 3.29 million.

I think it has more to do with the direction they took with 2. They built a new IP and a new hero but you don't get to play the same person in 2. e.g....
