You are right! I based my numbers based on the "Weekly Ad" numbers. The ad shows size 3 being 136 and size 4 being 120. The ad states "Giant-Pack" while the link is I provided is for "XL" boxes. ...

Yes you can combine sizes. And according to Drugstore.com Pampers Swaddlers are 140 for newborn and 160 for size one.
This means your deal would look like this:
Size newborn + Size one = 300...
