Darn, the 6700 is sexier because it's LED+ instead of EDGE LED (which means it's a little better but you can't really tell) and it's silver bezel instead of black bezel. It's just slightly better...

I checked stores at San Jose and Fremont, CA at about noon. Both stores are substituting with LG 6200. Fremont has one open-box LG 6700. They are willing to sell at $999 too.
