I agree with Dealgate. Fios if available, then cable, but I would personally avoid Comcast at all costs. I had nothing but issues and headaches from them. With bad weather satellite will be out...

Satellite should only be considered if you have no other choice. FIOS is best and Cable second. Both of what you list are about the same. So go with whoever is cheaper/offers the most.
