SATA II and I am in AHCI mode. Was the result bad? I don't have SATA III ports on DELL XPS9100's MoBo. Is there any SATA III controller I can purchase in decent price?

You'd have to fill your x8 slot in order to take advantage of anything above x1, which would also be the only way to take advantage of SATA 3 speeds.

Thanks. Finally got it work, formatting and using a migration tool. The alignment is perfect. It is SAn Disk Extreme SSD 240G. The benchmark test result is below. Is it good or not really?

Are you are running SATA II or III and are you in AHCI mode?
