I called to cancel earlier and am now getting $10 off my monthly plan rate and a $100 credit off this months bill. Apparently I now have to keep service for 60 days for the credit to not be reversed...

I called in to complain about my bill going up $10 per month, did not add anything it just went up. I am gettting the Encore channels plus $20 off per month for 12 months on my account.
