If its a brand new phone - why does it says that it comes only with a 90 day warranty on the page? I mean I have no problem with it being refurbished, but 90 day warranty for a brand new phone?...

great price for a very well rounded phone for us android folk who cling to our keyboards. Too bad the ROM community is practically dead (on XDA).

That's because Sprint and Verizon went with the superior, yet inferior tech for their networks. And now they're paying for it. Does AT&T have 21 Mbps HSPA+? I thought they only had 14 Mbps..

It's pretty nice when flashed to ICS. Stock rom is ugly and sucks. GB isn't bad, but these customized versions by the manuf/carrier are always terrible.

Nice price. I might sell my Bell Desire Z and get this instead. I like to keep an Android phone for the few things that it's better at than Windows Phone.

It is a quad band phone; so YES it will work for 'voice' in most countries around the world, obviously except where they don't have GSM service :) (which is hardly anywhere now).
