That often times means, you have $5 credit to use on all of those. It doesn't mean $5 to use on each of those categories...

Unfortunately, no. There's a spoofer now that let's 3.55 CFW people get on PSN... you can install the Amazon app, but it won't run properly, just gives an error message. Very sad, I got all excited...

It's not really a glitch: The CSR simply gave you $5 general Amazon credit that can be used on anything (basically like a gift card), so it counts towards all these categories (but not separately).
