Rayovac actually makes most of the batteries in the world even for the most recognized brands who just put their own label on them. Rayovac is always your best value when buying batteries...

Not a chance, the last TRU ones I got powered a 360 remote for only like 15 minutes. Ravyovac is always comparable to Energizer
