The caveat with this brewer (and others like it: basically any pump-fed single-cup brewer, even the Cuisinart model) is that they will almost always have issues with cups being half filled, etc....

its depends, most people i talk to who use keurig recommends it over traditional drip coffee. I can't say since i just ordered mine. But one thing for sure is there no mess and easy to clean
