How come is it a gaming laptop if it only has 8GB max RAM? Toshiba Qosmio is only 1.3 lb heavier, and fits 32GB.

I kinda agree with you, i checked this laptop out at Best buy and it was overheating (freezing up) and the screen hinges had the same quality of a low end Acer. It was also a pretty large laptop.

Actually for gaming, 4GB of RAM is more than enough. 8GB is way more than enough. Usually Laptop manufacturers always list 8GB max but I can almost guarantee this system especially being an ivy...
