honestly its because it uses a standard i5 CPU, not the lower clocked "ultrabook spec" CPU, while still pushing out similar battery life It also has a DVD slot on it too, and only weighs 0.3 lbs...

I do not have much to input but you can eliminate the HP Spectre due to it having the HD3000. The others should have the HD4000, which would be better for gaming.
