You probably do have light bleed but you just don't realize it.
I have it, quite noticible at the app screen but the thing is it doesnt bother me.

I would say yes. Asus have horrible QC and it shows with the TF201. No Wifi/GPS problem with the Toshiba, though you may experience some light bleeding.
