It's a 2nd gen i3 versus a 3rd gen i5. I'd say that's worth $100 easy. It's also H3000 versus HD4000. Another reason it's worth $100 easy.

The Vizio CT15-A1. I'm not sure if it's even released yet, but it's going to be priced somewhere between $950-$1,000 at release. It's got a 15.6" 1080p screen, 3rd gen i5, and a 128gb SSD.
