I got mine and it came with nothing but the compressor itself...no couplers, oil, manual or anything. What am I supposed to get with it and what did others get? It looks like it is in good...

Mine came with couplers (I think, brass guys on the front?) and oil. Pretty sure you have to get the manual online regardless. Looks brand new, just a little oil soaked into the warning sticker on...

Mine came with oil, anyone who purchased make sure you do not fire up before putting oil in. The unit comes drained. On the website it states they do not ship with owners manual but i believe they...

The smaller may be a better option as 13 Amp may be a little more circuit friendly as so would be the weight.

I'm somewhat claustrophobic, and feel like I'm going to run out of air in tight spaces like an elevator. Would something like this be a good solution? I notice there are no backstraps and the...

FYI, the bigger ec119sa is out of stock, but the more compact ec89 is still available (who knows how much longer since it's been slickdealed). It slightly smaller, but is very comparable to the...

Harbor Freight has Goodyear rubber hoses - Get the 3/8" hose with 1/4" fittings. DO NOT WASTE tine with plastic 1/4" hoses, they are garbage for all but the simplest applications

Polyurethane > PVC The HF ones are not even close to the same quality.

The 1/4" hoses are great for a small whip on any hose. The work great for nail guns and anything requiring a more flexible hose.

Got mine in 2 days. Plugged it in and it worked fine with the couple tests I did with it. Put some air in a couple tires etc. It started and filled up and stopped when needed. No problems so far. Can...

Sort of, but not exactly. Tools like an impact gun are run for short periods, while the compressor specs are continuous. Thus, given a 3 cfm compressor, a 6.5 cfm gun could be used for a short...

Reviews on Big Sky look much more positive. If it just isn't flat out broken, cold starts seem to be the most common problem which could be addressed with lighter weight oil.

And the pressure control valve breaking which is probably not easily replaceable with an upgraded valve with the control panel. So are you planning on changing the oil every season? I would think...

Was considering a Harbor Freight or one from HD, but you cant get a better deal than this-- even if it is reconditioned. Thought i was done spending this month! In for EC119SA!

Oil vs oil-free? Honest question -> I see the EC119 uses oil-lubricated bearings, and comes with a bottle of oil. I see a bunch of compressors at Home Depot that list "oil free" as a feature. ...

Yep, they're normally relatively inexpensive, but I haven't seen them for much cheaper - about $20 - and that seems to be more a seasonal thing.

Personally, I'd say go for the more expensive one hands down. That 2nd coupler sounds dumb, but I've learned recently (putting in hardwood floors/stairs at home) that the 2nd coupler is great....
