not only is it an odd amount of RAM (2gb in single channel dedicated to the gpu maybe?) it is running slow RAM, which is a huge bottleneck for APUs Memory 10GB PC3-10600 DDR3

or you can build a system and use your existing parts. just needs cpu+ram+motherboard + maybe gpu. i5 cpu = $195 8gb ram = $38 motherboard = $60+ gpu = $60+

Or if the fan noise is the only problem you could probably spend less than ~$15 on a high quality silent fan. Maybe $30-40 on a PS with a quiet 120mm fan. Article on silent fans.
