MIR is probably because Blizzard doesn't allow them to sell it below MSRP.
Anyway, this deal could come in handy for all the botters when they are banned. You just restart for $40 instead of $60.

I thought the game was fun. Completing normal the first time took me about 12 hours (there are a bunch of nice cut-scenes).

A note about useless stats....there are few that are actually useless. Int on a bow isn't great but it does still provide All Resists, Strenght = Armor, Dex = Dodge, etc.
