I should have been more specific.. someone i know wants to buy this for her son's birthday.... it must be a kinect bundle... I agree that open boxes and refurbs are the way to go.. I wish I knew that...

I've been able to pick these up fairly regularly for $250 as an "open box" that clearly was never opened and used. Also seen a number of other bundles selling under $300.

Amazon warehouse and best buy. I bought this same bundle just a few weeks ago from the warehouse, it had a slightly scraped box. $250. Also bought the bestbuy $189 gears of war setup.
