MSI has been making these 7950s with the 7970 PCB. Better circuitry and overclock ability. Uses 6 and 8 pin PCI-e power. Mine overclocks to 950 on stock voltage and can actually pass stress tests...

In all of my research - I've done a lot - the Gigabyte Windforce Edition consistently comes up as the best. I'd definitely go with that one. Although for maximum overclocking it can come down to luck...
