I would be leery of that seller as they have no feedback. They also list a 90 day VM Innovations warranty in the description.

I got one of these a while ago.... haven't used it yet so I can say how good these are.
The blower/fan unit was clearly refurb but the gun/sprayer was NEW. The blower is covered in paint mist...

same sprayer can. Looks the 3900 has a little more power so you can use a thicker viscosity paint.
