No you should only have to spend 9.80 to get the $10 ECB based on the 98% rule for CVS.
So with the 9.99 gloss you'll be fine.

Oh, that just means you need to PRINT or SEND by sunday. The expiration date of the actual Q will depend on when (today, tomorrow, Sat, Sun) you actually do print or send.
