My experience hasn't been THAT bad, but yea I find Kohl's quality to be generally poor. They don't last very long - I had one which started to chafe from my seat belt.

I bought four of these polos about six months ago (green, orange, blue, red). They get washed at least once a week, and none have shrunk/faded yet.

Did you buy your stuffs with Kohl's Credit Card/Charge? If not, I think they can only issue you store credit. Many retailers only offers last "sale price" even though you purchase regular price...
