Thanks! I ended up using TrueImage and just cloned the drive. It took the 25GB OEM partition and made it 13GB. After everything, my 128GB Samsung 830 SSD has 71 GB free.

USB 3.0 cards can be added to the system. They are not included at purchase. Upgrading to USB 3.0 is possible but I don't believe having it included on this system should be expected.
