Your HTPC is pulling 400W? No offense but you clearly need to learn how to design an HTPC. But yeah, microATX PSUs are tough to find. You might want another form factor and rig it into your case.

There is really no size standard for "micro ATX power supply" but newegg has a section with 8 choices (3 of them are at or above 400W):...
