It depends on your needs. Keep in mind that the the last set runs the memory area of 0-8GB at 1600Mhz, but the memory area of 8-16GB at precisely 0Mhz...

of course, it just clocks it down and run at 1333 if you use both at same time. and 1600Mhz (if supported) if you only use 1600mhz sticks
