Au contraire, they aren't good at all. The vertex/agility 4 series just got another in a long series of firmware updates, trying to resolve data corruption, bsods and other problems. I'd wait...

If base on the same price, then this is better bc of the faster chip and it will be great on compress file like jpg, avi files, etc

This is a great price per GB, but I am still gunshy after a very bad expierence with OCZ. There are only 2 reviews and one good one failure!!

Ohhh...so YOU had problems, that means that EVERYONE has problems. I had had 3 OCZ drives and they've all performed fine with nothing quirky going on. I also have an OCZ power supply and it works...

Still have 60GB free on my Vertex 3 Max IOPS (which I got for ~$220 at release). It was $259.99 retail, so I thought I was getting a great deal!! Luckily, I have this in a desktop with lots of space...

Its not unwarranted. Search all over the net for major issues with plenty of OCZ drives, backed by poor support. I'm considering purchasing a second OCZ drive for some reason after my vertex...
