I too had issues until I used IE9. For me the VISA Signature popup authentication was needed to complete purchase and it would not come up on older version of IE or firefox.

Oh yeah, the credit card companies must have this place flagged. I just pre ordered this for the 37.50 and within a half hour I got a call from mine wanting to verify the activity was valid.
