rebate would not apply as on the claim form it clearly states that the printer must be purchased brand new. and not used,refurbished, open-box etc.

I was told the printer was a demo and the rebate would apply. I guess that the term used would mean that if it were a retrun rebate staes Offer does not apply to purchases of refurbished or used...

NOTE :Adorama did come thru and sd will honor order, but I already did purchase one from b and h photo along with a g 12 camera. (printer $328 less 200 rebate= $128).. Adorama did the right thing...
