Don't know to what you may be referring to... but if it's how you can't see the ping after a few refreshes, the problem still exists. I pretty much just refresh and save my filter after I set it all...

BF3 Premium is not the game, only the service and the 5 expansion packs. You still need your base copy of BF3 for this to be of any use.
