It doesn't say on the site, but I think that the version you are ordering is the ECE version which is not DOT certified. This would not make this a legal helmet in states with helmet laws. Protection...

Should I be adding this info to the post? You're entirely right but there's no difference between a DOT and this ECE model (besides the small sticker on the back).
