LOL, no that's my pillow. You need a sleeping pad also so you don't freeze your butt off losing heat quickly to the cold ground. Mummy sleeping bags aren't insulated much on the bottom.

Regular wouldn't be that bad. If you carry one of those compressed pillows, you can just stick that off the end. Problem solved. Just long enough. You might be more worried about the width.
