Can someone please help me find a good inexpensive Pet door?
My dog is a Basenji Chihuahua mix and is pretty tiny (12lbs).
I would like it to be of "decent" quality, but would prefer the cheaper...

I got a cat door from home depot recently was 20dollars. Had to install it myself though.
Depends on where you are going to install it into. A normal door or a sliding glass...
