I'm guessing the way it works is that you pledge $15, which is the cheapest tier, and then add $90 to that tier to get the video card for a total of $105.

If the project is funded, then you get the card. If the project isn't funded, you don't pay anything, but you don't get the card. There's no risk.

a new 7770 for $85 after rebate (the tigerdirect deal with visa offer) and a new 6870 for $105 no rebate. I'd choose 7770. Both are FP material though.
