depending on where you live, the MS store is still cheaper, and if you go there you get it "today"
also, i would point out that $100 amazon gift card is not the same as an item actually being $100...

Just saw some in stock in Mission Viejo for $1299 - 20% discount = $1040 + tax. Tax sorta kills this, but this is the lowest I've seen on the Ivy Bridge model. Considering that it's a very hot item...
