The packets say that 1 packet = 1 wedge. I assume that 1 wedge is 1/4 of a lemon/lime. I put 4 packets in my 20 ounce water bottle and that gives it a pretty strong flavor.

The grapefruit is not great for just flavoring water...I would just stick to lemon and lime. I put 2-3 packets in my big glass of ice water and it is fantastic!
