Yes, the H430 can take a 2x4GB DDR3 kit -I'm not sure if you will see much benefit over a 1333 (this is 1600) but it should work fine and is pretty cheap.

I'm torn between this deal or Ripjaw-16GB-2x8GB-DDR3-1600 for $80. With the ripjaws I would get 2 x 8gb instead of 4 x 4gb. My mobo only has 4 slots, so 2 x 8gb would leave room for the future.
