I kind of want something like this for a media room. How messy or high maintenance are these things?

I've been looking into buying my own machine and trying to recreate our local theater popcorn which is hollywood theater. I figured they use Flavacol but does anyone know what brand is their topping?

This would seem nice for an entertainment room or to use at any get together. We however just make popcorn using our pressure cooker. This reminds me we should sale or donate our popcorn machine. ...

I use the popcorn kits, but I cook the popcorn on top of the stove in a large pot. You do not need a popcorn poper to cook popcorn. It tastes really good cooked in a pot.
