If expensive projectors looked good in the day, the movie theater wouldn't turn all its lights off :) enough said you can argue all you want. But projectors cant show the same picture as a TV daytime.

I have this tv only disappointments with it are the TV menus are a bit lacking and it gets really bad glare any lighting is around. Wouldn't recommend it for anything but its size.

If you can stretch the budget a bit, the Epson 3010 is an excellent projector. Bright as the sun too. If you only want 2D the Epson 8350 is very affordable and has a great picture + lens shift.

Nah, I'll pass. I'm waiting on Frank's 2000" TV. It has a 3 year warranty... on parts and labor. Plus I can hear you can watch the Simpsons from 30 blocks away.
