Have you checked out the cruisers from Electra, Nirve, or Felt bikes? Not sure if they're quite as stretched out as you're looking for, but easier to get.

Yeah, I have seen all of those, but my electra townie is almost as chopperish as those, so i don't know that I would go for those, even the electra choppers don't have the angles seen in the two...
