This card is good for an entry level PC. It will consume less than 15 watts maximum. It's too slow for any serious gaming. It's useless for HTPC because of a fan.

yup. Several tiers above per tom's hardware. Don't expect amazing from either card, but dollar for dollar, this is a better card unless you have an aversion to ati.
