When I put in an a fully charged battery into this charger, the battery doesn't show as "Full" and the Mah is shown at 000. Isn't it supposed to show "Full" since the battery is fully charged?

Test mode, actually charges to full capacity, and then discharges to test capacity, then recharges again. Not a good idea to use this charger for alkaline, or lithium cells.
