if you need more zoon with compact size. Its not a bad price. Yes, Its old but if you travel to europe these thing sell for $200+ and sells really well. I was surprise to see many old canon model...

Biggest issue is bad battery life. Buy a couple cheap spares from ebay or amazon.

Considering reviews from this camera from two years ago don't sound impressed, I'd be more inclined to get a newer camera with better reviews and a 5x zoom. This is only worth it if you need 10x...

This is an old camera. Pass and get the Canon Elph 300 series instead. It's been around $120 on SD.
