Is there any speed diffrence between V200 and V200+ and whats the diff between sandforce and JMicron, can you please explain a bit ?

V+200 is sandforce-based whereas the V200 is using a JMicron controller. It had some firmware issues, but Kingston has since updated the firmware and all new units that ship come with the updated...
