just so everyone knows. The dell one is about $540 after tax and has the 750gb drive BBuy one is about $490 afte tax and has the 500gb drive

I recently purchased a used Asus laptop for $465 from cowboom (after $20 coupon + additional 1 yr warranty). This seems like a better laptop, the specs are almost similar except 500GB vs. 650GB....

Yes it would, with their $300 GC + $50 GC Free scheme, the 750GB version came to the same price as that of bestbuy. I was able to get that one for $450 + Tax. More details on the Dell Home thread

It really depends on what you like, if you want a bigger screen then your asus is 15.6" vs 14" on the dell. But the asus hard drive is bigger 640GB vs. 500GB which personally i dont think makes much...

the dell one has a 750gb drive bbuy is 500gb both have tax, the difference is about $50 if you need the extra space. I got the bestbuy one just 5 minutes ago ;)
