If you want, you can take a look at your hosts file first (it's just a text file with a list of IPs and hostnames) and look for jdoqocy before reflashing the entire phone :)

I took a peek into /system/etc/hosts and realized that the hosts file was created by AdAway and had entries for jdoqocy! I deleted that entry, then was again blocked by an entry for www.apmebf.com....
