Looks like the rebate isn't up yet. They are hiding the rebate forms now which suck. That line is kinda vague as 1 rebate per person could pertain to a specific rebate number.

If you have tax and/or S&H, I'd say it's lukewarm. 23" LEDs for ~$130/$135 are becoming pretty common and you can often get them at Amazon, where it is free S&H and no tax for most people.
