Ram voltage doesn't matter for sandy. This has been proven over and over again. sandy will take 1.65v just fine forever.... :D

A free monitor is pretty sweet, but 23"? Thats almost as big as my TV. IMO 20" is the max anyone would ever need, since you sit so close to the screen.
