New but not in retail packaging? Sounds fishy. Also Jawbone doesn't offer warranty for third party sellers, so the 90 day warranty they're advertising is also fishy. Looks like a good deal, but...

I'm sure they are refurbed...took one anyway. Have had good luck with past Jawbone Icon refurbs. The fun part is connecting it to MyTalk and seeing what phones it was previously paired with....
