Same to me , I emailed them and the answer I got is exactly the same as what you just said. And now the description on their ebay store is "Items ship within 1-2 business day of purchase." wtf!!

If you go to the livio store on eBay they open box versions of this for $29.99. Full warranty. No premium app though.

1saleaday has not shipped my order from 11 days ago and now they selling it on ebay too.. wtf. terrible company. avoid!!!! they said they will ship within 7-10 days. Waiting a week is a long time...
