PlasticJungle is a good place...
ABCGiftCard and CardPool are also good alternatives (never sold to them, but I buy from them regularly)

This is a late response to the original post, but I have used Gift Card Rescue in the past (since the stories about Plastic Jungle scared me off) and had a good experience.
